Donation fee:

$10 per child (a $15 maximum per family will be automatically granted, if requested.  The discount is available for those registering in person or by mail)

U6 (6 & Under) 7/31/2001 - 8/1/2003

U8 (8 & Under) 7/31/1999  - 8/1/2001

U10 (10 & Under) 7/31/1997 - 8/1/1999

U14 (14 & Under) 7/31/1993 - 8/1/1997
